Booking and Payment
– 25% of the total course fee is required as a deposit and secures a place.
– The balance is due 4 weeks before the course starts. The balance can be paid anytime prior to the 4 week deadline. It can also be paid in instalments, to be completed by 4 weeks prior to the course starting.
– If booking onto a course within 4 weeks of the course date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
– Payment is via on line/BACS transfer.
A certificate of attendance is given on completion of the full course. If you are unable to attend any of the classes and would like a certificate, then completion may require private tuition and this will incur an additional cost. Private tuition rates are on the website.
Refunds are given if the course is altered or cancelled by Dancing Dragonfly.
If the student chooses to cancel:
The deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs 4 weeks before the course, 50% of the balance will be refunded or there maybe a chance to transfer to another course.
If cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks before the course, there is no refund, but there maybe a chance to transfer to another course.
